Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority!

We are happy to provide all our customers with a "no-hassle guarantee." If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase and your refund will be processed.

Returns Processing: To receive a return shipping label or any other assistance, please submit your request on our help page... or call Customer Care at (781) 582-9500 during normal business hours (M-F, 10am-6pm Eastern).

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any carrier charges unpaid with your return shipment will be deducted from your refund total.

Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order or to stop shipment. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.

Warranties

Some of the goods purchased from us may be warrantied by the product manufacturer for a limited time to cover damage during normal use. These warranties vary from product to product; and from manufacturer to manufacturer. If your merchandise becomes damaged during use, please contact the manufacturer for information and further assistance.
