Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority!

We are happy to provide our customers with a "no-hassle guarantee." If you're not satisfied with any order below $200 for any reason, simply return the unused merchandise in its original package within 60 days of purchase and your refund will be processed promptly.

With large orders, sales are final

In order to better control inventory and manage shipping costs, with any purchase of $200 or more, all sales are final -- except for goods damaged in transit or incorrect shipments. We do recommend you first contact us for assistance to confirm details before submitting an order of $200 or more.

Shipping and handling charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt of a return, your original order will be adjusted. If the adjusted order amount is below $70 or the order first shipped via 2nd Day Air; any shipping charges incurred by Sunfitters with the original order will be deducted from your refund total.

Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly upon receipt. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order or to stop shipment. However, you may refuse the merchandise upon delivery. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. For security purposes, Sunfitters reserves the right to review and cancel any order prior to processing. In such cases, customers will be notified upon cancellation; and payments, if settled, will be promptly refunded.

Warranties

Some of the goods purchased from us may be warrantied by the product manufacturer for a limited time to cover damage during normal use. These warranties vary from product to product; and from manufacturer to manufacturer. If your merchandise becomes damaged during use, please contact the manufacturer for information and further assistance.
